Lead Operator - Aseptic Filling (Night Shift)

Role: Parenteral (PAR) Lead Operator supporting startup activities and ongoing manufacturing at Lilly's new Concord site, focusing on aseptic isolator barrier filling. Responsibilities: lead start-up, become subject matter expert, train staff, ensure continuous supply, troubleshoot, and maintain safety and quality standards while managing daily operations and capacity planning. Requirements: High School diploma, 5+ years' GMP/cleanroom experience with automated equipment, 3+ months leadership and computer skills, authorized to work in the US. Preferred: STEM degree/certification, knowledge of aseptic filling, isolator tech, automation, cGMPs, and experience with SAP/electronic batch records. High-value: injectable parenteral manufacturing, aseptic processing, new site startup, shift work (B shift 6pm-6am), ability to gown in ISO 8 environment, and work overtime. Collaboration: cross-functional engagement with site leadership, technical teams, and operators. Work setup: onsite in Concord, North Carolina, with shift and overtime requirements.
