Role: Parenteral (PAR) Lead Operator supporting startup and ongoing operations at Lilly's new manufacturing site for injectable medicines. Objectives include ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient aseptic filling processes, building team expertise, and maintaining continuous supply of medicines. Responsibilities: lead startup activities for aseptic isolator barrier filling, train and develop operators, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and oversee daily production aligning with capacity plans. Collaborate cross-functionally to uphold safety and quality standards; act as technical and operational leader. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of experience with automated GMP equipment in a cleanroom environment; leadership experience in training and team support; proficiency with computers and electronic batch systems. Preferred: STEM degree or certification, knowledge of aseptic filling, isolator technology, automated inspection, and manufacturing systems like SAP; familiarity with cGMPs and continuous improvement methodologies. High-value: focus on aseptic fill/finish, biologics or parenteral medicines, FDA-regulated manufacturing, and site startup environment. Work setup: A shift (6am-6pm, 2-2-3 schedule); physical ability to gown in a cleanroom; overtime as needed; located at Lilly's new campus in Concord, North Carolina.
