Role: Clean Room Manufacturing Lead Operator responsible for enzymatic and alkali collagen processing, tendon prep, dispersion, and lyophilization, ensuring product quality and GMP compliance. Responsibilities include equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and documentation within ISO Class 5 or 7 clean rooms; supporting investigations, training, inventory, and administrative tasks; and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with 3-5 years in chemical processing or batch manufacturing in medical device or pharmaceutical sectors preferred; basic computer skills; understanding of chemistry and mathematics. High-Value: Focus on biologics or collagen-based products; GMP environment; clean room gowning standards; experience with lyophilizers, homogenizers, pH meters, and related manufacturing tools; physical ability to gown in ISO clean rooms; exposure to biohazardous materials. Work setup: Monday-Thursday, 6 am to 4:30 pm, in a general plant environment with possible handling of hazardous materials.
