Role: Warehouse Lead in a GMP biopharma manufacturing environment, focusing on raw material handling, inventory management, and team coordination. Responsibilities: oversee unloading, storage, and movement of materials; ensure accurate documentation and cycle counts; lead warehouse activities, continuous improvement projects, and training efforts; operate forklifts and adhere to GMP and safety protocols. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; 4+ years of forklift experience with certifications preferred; physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs, wear PPE, and stand for extended periods; strong relationship-building and team collaboration skills.
