Lead Material Handler 4th Shift

Key Responsibilities:
- Verify quantities shipped/received to packing lists and purchase orders.
- Deliver and receive incoming packages to specified locations.
- Call trucking companies to schedule pickups.
- Prepare and ship outgoing UPS packages.
- Maintain and generate Daily Shipping/Receiving Log on computer.
- Package finished product for shipment.
- Handle return shipments to suppliers.
- Dispose of hazardous waste and maintain related documentation.
- Load raw material or finished product on skid or hand truck.
- Stack skids/pallets in designated areas.
- Order material needed in the Shipping Department.
- Verify quantities of materials shipped to and from Plants.
- Perform physical inventories and labeling.
- May substitute as Truck Driver if licensed.
- Maintain hand trucks and forklifts if licensed.
- Clean up/dispose of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping in proper containers/areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills:
- Class A CDL required.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 0–2 years’ experience; High School diploma (or equivalent) required (equivalent experience/education considered).
- Knowledge of forklift, pallet jack, shrink wrap bundler, boxes, tape, and cardboard packaging material.
- Good communication, time management, and organizational skills; competent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes).
- Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; ability to stoop, climb ladders/stairs, and stand for extended periods.

Schedule/Compensation:
- 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., either Fri–Sun or Sat–Mon; includes 8 hours of Premium Pay (plus 4 additional hours of pay for every 36 hours worked).
- Salary range: $37,000–$80,000 USD.
