Lead Material Handler 4th Shift

Role: Lead Material Handler responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics functions within a biopharma manufacturing setting. Objectives include verifying shipments, preparing and dispatching packages, managing inventory, and handling hazardous waste disposal. Responsibilities encompass operating forklifts and hand trucks, coordinating with trucking companies, maintaining shipping logs, and performing physical inventories. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, with 0-2 years of experience; Class A CDL license required; familiarity with forklift, pallet jack, packaging materials, and computer skills (Word, Excel, Lotus Notes). Preferred: Prior experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing logistics. High-Value: Involves handling raw materials and finished product, shipping to and from biopharma production sites, maintaining compliance with safety protocols for hazardous waste, and supporting GMP-related logistics. Work setup: Shift from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., on weekends (Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday), with premium pay and opportunity for forklift operation if licensed.
