Lead Manufacturing Technician (2nd shift)

Role: Lead Manufacturing Technician overseeing scheduled production, preventative maintenance, and documentation in a biopharma or medical device setting. Responsibilities: manage production operations, supervise technicians, ensure cGMP, GDP, and QSR compliance, prepare components, build assemblies, perform sampling, inspections, and data entry; track equipment and environmental maintenance; communicate with engineering and management. Requirements: 8-10 years’ experience in industry, with high school diploma; 6-8 years with an associate degree; 4-6 years with a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering; experience working in clean rooms per GDP, cGMP, QSR standards preferred.
