Job Description Roles and Responsibilities 新規製品および他製造拠点からの製造プロセス導入プロジェクトにおいて、生産技術担当として立ち上げを主導する 工程設計、設備導入、レイアウト設計、オペレーション方法について、設計部門・製造部門・品質保証部門など関係部署と協働し、技術的にリードする 法規制、品質、安全、環境基準およびQMSを満たすための技術的対応を実行する 特定の技術分野における専門知識を深化させ、これまでの経験および習得した技術知識を活用して、部門方針や戦略を実行する 主要なビジネスドライバーを理解した上で業務を遂行し、自チームの業務が他チームとどのように連携し、部門全体へ貢献しているかを把握する 部門長と連携し、部内メンバーに対して非公式な指導およびサポートを行う Required Qualifications 工学系の学位を有し、設計エンジニアまたは製造エンジニアとしての実務経験を有すること （または高卒で5年以上の関連実務経験） 加工、組立、検査などの製造プロセスおよびインダストリアル・エンジニアリングに関する知識を有すること 製造現場および技術部門などの社内関係者と、日本語で円滑なコミュニケーションができること 他製造拠点からの製造プロセス移管を実行できるレベルの、英語による基本的なコミュニケーション能力を有すること Desired Characteristics 課題分析および問題解決能力 計画立案、文書化、推進およびプログラム実行力 海外拠点との技術的なやり取りおよびプロジェクト推進経験 確立されたプロジェクトマネジメントスキル GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
