Lead, Manufacturing - Cell Culture (Nights)

Role: Manufacturing Lead in cell culture biopharma manufacturing, overseeing daily GMP operations on a 12-hour shift rotating schedule, primarily in upstream processes. Responsibilities: execute and document process steps, support validation, ensure compliance, lead process activities as SME, coordinate shift operations with the Shift Manager, train and mentor associates, and participate in deviations investigations and troubleshooting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience (minimum 4-5 years), proven leadership in cGMP cell culture manufacturing, experience with upstream bioprocessing, aseptic environments, and manufacturing systems like Delta V or LIMS. Preferred: prior leadership in bioreactor operations, media prep, harvest, and aseptic cell expansion. High-value: upstream cell culture processes, GMP compliance, validation, regulated biopharma environment, experience supporting biologics manufacturing. Work setup: on-site with 12-hour rotating shifts; no travel specified.
