Lead Maintenance Technician - PAR (Night Shift)

Role: Lead Maintenance Technician responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment to ensure high equipment uptime and efficiency. Responsibilities: troubleshoot and overhaul equipment such as gearboxes, pumps, and compressors; perform condition monitoring; plan and prioritize urgent repairs; document actions in CMMS; collaborate effectively with operations, prioritize safety, and support engineering improvements. Requirements: high school diploma/GED; at least 5 years of relevant maintenance experience; strong mechanical aptitude; ability to troubleshoot root causes and perform repairs; effective communication skills; physical capability for hands-on work; legally authorized to work in the U.S. and pass background/drug screening. Preferences: proficiency with Maximo, Microsoft Office, and troubleshooting tools; team-oriented mindset; ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment, including climbing ladders and working with PPE.
