Lead, Maintenance Technician

Role: Lead Maintenance Technician responsible for overseeing preventative and corrective maintenance across GMP utility systems, process equipment, and clean room infrastructure in a regulated biopharma environment. Responsibilities: manage maintenance via CMMS, ensure GMP compliance with detailed documentation, evaluate equipment performance, support shutdowns, and improve maintenance practices. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED; 6+ years of GMP experience preferred; knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems; proficiency with CMMS (e.g., Blue Mountain RAM) and reading P&IDs; strong communication and leadership skills. High-Value: GMP biopharma setting, utility and process equipment, experience with BMS control systems, maintenance in cleanroom environments, and supporting quality systems.
