Lead Local Operations Manager - Solid Tumor Oncology

Role: Lead Local Operations Manager (LOM) for US oncology trials, overseeing site performance, operational strategy, and trial delivery across the entire clinical trial lifecycle. Responsibilities: manage and coordinate US site-level operations, including feasibility, startup, enrollment, and closeout; lead local trial planning, mentor other Local Operations Managers, and serve as the primary US interface for global trial teams; monitor KPIs, resolve escalations, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations; represent US operations in global forums and develop site-specific strategies informed by therapeutic knowledge. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field; at least 4 years of experience in clinical trial operations, particularly in oncology; deep understanding of GCP, regulatory standards, and trial management; proven leadership and influence skills; willing to travel up to 10%.
