Lead, IT Business Analyst

Role: Lead IT Business Analyst supporting manufacturing and laboratory systems within a biopharma manufacturing environment, focusing on digital transformation, infrastructure, and operational excellence. Responsibilities: serve as liaison between site operations, engineering, quality, and IT; manage manufacturing execution systems; coordinate application enhancements, server patching, and issue resolution; support automation and Lean 4.0 initiatives; ensure system performance, compliance, and audit readiness; troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, historians, and network infrastructure; plan infrastructure lifecycle, capacity, and technology refresh; facilitate cross-functional collaboration with vendors and internal teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s in IT, computer science, or related field; 5+ years supporting manufacturing or lab environments; experience in regulated, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors; strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
