Lead Enterprise Application Solutions Architect

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve financial systems architecture leveraging SAP investments to deliver solutions to business partners.
- Lead solution development across multiple SAP applications/modules (SAP functional area, FI/CO).
- Analyze system requirements spanning multiple SAP modules; design optimal solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders and manage project activities.
- Complete functional testing and documentation; implement process improvements and test automation.
- Review consultant/peer analysis to ensure alignment with overall system design.
- Propose and architect solutions to address system and business process pain points.
- Ensure change management and controls are followed; improve governance and internal controls.
- Build and maintain workstream roadmap/priorities; identify and implement solution components.
- Evaluate/improve system controls; design solutions for manual processes and workflows.
- Coordinate training to increase system user expertise.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (applicable field).
- 10+ years hands-on SAP FI/CO functional experience.
- 4+ years supporting/maintaining a live SAP environment.
- Familiarity with US GAAP and financial reporting.
- Prior accounting or business process solutions/consulting experience.
- Strong communication/documentation; convert business needs to technical requirements.
- Strong ability to manage high-priority tasks, multi-task, and work in teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).
- SAP experience in Life Sciences and validated systems.
- AP automation experience (ReadSoft, OpenText, or Ariba).

Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Certification.
- S/4HANA experience; system migration/upgrade.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Concur, TrinTech (or account reconciliation), ServiceNow, GL Wand (InsightSoftware).
