Lead Emergency Response Specialist – HSE, Lilly Medicine Foundry

Role: Emergency Response (ER) Specialist – HSE at Lilly, leading/coordination of on-site emergency response as shift lead and Incident Commander. Responsibilities: respond to hazardous materials events, provide medical response, develop and maintain emergency procedures, support drills, inspections, and fire safety programs; collaborate with internal teams and external agencies; and ensure site response readiness through training and equipment management. Requirements: high school diploma, 5+ years in emergency response (fire department, EMS, or industrial teams), EMT-B or higher, Hazardous Materials Technician, Incident Command certification, and valid driver’s license.
