Lead Cloud Security/AppSec Engineer

Role: Build and lead Flagship’s cloud security and application security engineering practice, focusing on AI-augmented workflows and integration with infrastructure teams. Responsibilities: manage cloud security posture, implement CI/CD security guardrails, operationalize cloud-side DLP, execute cloud identity management, develop detection rules, contribute to AI platform security, and embed security into engineering pipelines across the portfolio. Qualifications: 5+ years in cloud security or application security, hands-on AWS security expertise (preferably Wiz), experience with cloud identity platforms (Azure AD), scripting and automation skills (Python, Terraform), and proven success with AI-augmented security workflows. Preferred: security certifications (AWS Security Specialty, GWEB, OSCP), experience with ML/AI platforms, container security, and familiarity with HIPAA.
