Lead Cleaning Technician (IFF)

- Lead cleaning-related activities with direct reports.
- Provide on-the-floor leadership to employees.
- Ensure employees’ timesheets are completed on time.
- Conduct minimally monthly performance feedback meetings with direct reports.
- Participate in employee training to ensure requirements are met.
- Escalate performance issues to Manager and/or Directors and/or HR.
- Direct the work of Cleaning Techs and Support Techs in Manufacturing.

Schedule: 2nd shift (4x10), Mon–Thurs, 1:00 PM–11:30 PM.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant work experience in a regulated, structured environment.
- 1+ year of relevant cGMP experience.
