Job Overview

We are currently looking to fill a Lead Cleaning Technician with a 2nd shift, Tuesday-Friday, from 1:00 p.m-11:30 p.m. schedule! Regeneron effectively manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. Our Cleaning Technicians perform assigned cleaning tasks in clean rooms and general plant areas.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Cleaning Technician, a typical day might include the following:

• Prepare documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for processes, improvements and projects as needed.
• Implement and remain current in assigned IOPS plant and department SOPs and required trainings as related to positional and department responsibilities; maintain an up-to-date training file to ensure compliance.
• Following current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs).
• Having knowledge and experience in qualifying clean rooms, clean utilities and manufacturing processes.

This Role Might Be For You If

• You provide mentorship during on-the-floor manufacturing.
• Help ensure employees’ training requirements are met and timesheets are completed on time.
• Supervise group operations and provide mentorship and support to employees. Monitors employees training; maintain up to date training records for self and reports.
• Mentor and develop team members on skill proficiency and performance with general direction on tasks and provides regular feedback.
• Raise all performance issues to management and/or HR.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role you must have the following: High School Diploma or equivalent, along with 2+ years of related work experience.

Salary Information
