Role: Lead Cleaning Technician in Regeneron's Fill/Finish Manufacturing, responsible for daily leadership, cleaning operations, and ensuring cGMP and quality compliance in a biopharma manufacturing setting. Responsibilities: oversee cleaning in cleanrooms and plant areas, support safety, conduct performance feedback, manage training and inventory, and participate in investigations and validation activities. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing, facilities, or cleanroom operations; ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
