Lead Building Technology Systems Technician

Role: Facilities Operations Systems Technician III supporting Regeneron's building automation and ancillary systems at Tarrytown, NY. Objectives: ensure critical systems are optimized, reliable, and support scientific operations; lead maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, and system improvements. Responsibilities: perform preventive and corrective maintenance; configure and troubleshoot building controls (Johnson Controls Metasys, Siemens, Distech); manage alarms with ROCC; collaborate on project design, installation, and commissioning; create system drawings and manage small projects; mentor technicians and collaborate with third-party contractors. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent experience (7+ years) in controls, electrical tech, or related field; 5+ years of building automation experience with proficiency in control systems and programming; excellent communication, organizational, customer service skills; familiarity with Lutron or Enlighted controls a plus.
