Lead Automation Engineer - Process

Role: Senior Automation Engineer – Cell Therapy, leading automation strategy and technical execution for innovative robotic manufacturing platforms in cell therapy production. Responsibilities: oversee automation and operational technology platforms, resolve complex automation and robotics issues, guide equipment lifecycle decisions, design system architectures, leverage AI and data analytics for process improvement, and mentor teams. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent; 5+ years in process automation or OT systems within complex manufacturing or GMP environments; hands-on experience with robotic integration, AI applications, automation architecture, and industrial communication standards.
