Lead Analyst A2R โ Project Osprey (Global A2R Lead Analyst for Project Osprey).
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of the Osprey Consolidation tool (โSAP Group Reportingโ) and ensure A2R solutions align with SAP principles and business needs.
- Design processes for key interactions of SAP Group Reporting with S/4 (topside entries, pushdown accounting, investment & equity, box out items, intercompany matching & reconciliation, data validation, etc.).
- Support the Osprey Consolidation tool data model, including historical data load strategy and parallel run activities.
- Produce/review process documentation, training curricula, and cutover playbooks for deployment and operationalization.
- Identify risks/issues to the deployment timeline, develop mitigations, and manage escalations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years of finance process experience with deep expertise in Account-to-Report and financial close; consolidation knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience designing/deploying A2R processes in SAP S/4HANA and/or BRAVO consolidation activities.
- Experience in cross-functional, multi-workstream programs and stakeholder influence.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelorโs degree required; PMP/Six Sigma/SAP certification or advanced degree preferred.
