Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Lead Analyst (PG26), Project-focused leader to serve as the Global A2R Lead Analyst for Project Osprey (North America or EMEA; preference for candidates based in Brunswick). This role supports the design and implementation of the Osprey Consolidation tool and ensures A2R solutions align with SAP principles and business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of the Osprey Consolidation tool (SAP Group Reporting) and align A2R solutions with SAP principles and business needs.
- Design processes for SAP Group Reporting interactions with S/4 (topside entries, pushdown accounting, investment & equity, box out items, intercompany matching & reconciliation, data validation, etc.).
- Support the data model, including strategies for historical data load and parallel run activities.
- Produce/review process documentation, training curricula, and cutover playbooks for deployment and operationalization.
- Identify risks/issues impacting deployment timeline, develop mitigation plans, and manage escalations.

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years finance process experience with deep expertise in Account-to-Report and financial close (consolidations advantage).
- Experience designing/deploying A2R processes in SAP S/4HANA and/or BRAVO consolidation activities.
- Cross-functional, multi-workstream program experience influencing stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

- Advanced degree/certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, SAP certification).
- Accounting, Analytical Reasoning, Communication, Consulting, Controls Compliance, Financial Analysis/Reports, GAAP, Problem Solving, Process Optimization, Treasury Management.
