Responsibilities:
- Support daily laboratory operations to maintain optimal laboratory throughput.
- Collaborate with other site departments on sample coordination.
- Manage samples, reference standards, microbiological media, and reagents per procedural and regulatory requirements.
- Support daily laboratory readiness: perform daily instrument checks, prepare lab solutions, perform scheduled cleaning, stock lab workstations, maintain lab glassware.
- Provide backup support to the stability storage and administration team.
- Be trained to perform basic GMP laboratory testing activities (e.g., simple utility or entry-level assays).

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or Associate’s Degree in a Life Science, with at least 2 years related experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly will not sponsor visas/work authorization (including but not limited to F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, J-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, L-1).

Preferred Attributes (not required):
- Experience with electronic laboratory management systems (LIMS/LES/MODA/ELN).
- Excel and Microsoft Office Suite experience.
- TrackWise and/or Veeva experience.
- Change control; analytical and deviation investigations; root cause analysis and CAPA.
- Analytical balances and pipette operation.
- Problem-solving/analytical thinking; strong interpersonal and networking skills; strong organizational skills.
- GMP environment experience.
- Written/verbal communication skills; attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information (role schedule/location constraints):
- 10-hour days: Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday.
- May require weekend/off-hours support for continuous (24/7) manufacturing.
- Work in various site areas; some allergens present in the parenteral plant (consider mobility/exposure needs).
- Tasks may require repetitive motion (e.g., keyboarding).
- Minimal travel required.

Compensation/Benefits (if eligible):
- Anticipated wage: $18.02–$26.44.
- Full-time employees may be eligible for a company bonus.
