Laboratory Technician

Role: Laboratory Technician supporting manufacturing operations in a regulated biotech environment. Responsibilities: perform analytical testing, maintain bacterial clones and reagents, calibrate and verify lab equipment, document procedures and results per cGMP and SOPs, troubleshoot issues, and support process monitoring and improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 1-3 years lab or manufacturing experience preferred; familiarity with pipets, DNA, and biological materials advantageous. Knowledge of lab techniques, strict adherence to quality and compliance standards, and strong organizational skills are essential.
