Laboratory Supervisor - Esoteric Microbiology

Role: Laboratory Supervisor leading the Esoteric Micro team at Labcorp, overseeing daily lab operations, ensuring accurate test performance, and maintaining timely reporting. Responsibilities: supervise personnel, monitor workflow, ensure staffing coverage, address production errors, implement process improvements, maintain equipment and QA records, and ensure compliance with regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's in a Chemical or Biological Science or Medical Technology; 6+ years of clinical lab testing experience; proficiency in lab operations, CLIA, CAP, and regulatory standards; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently and handle physical demands. Preferred: 6+ months supervisory experience; ASCP or AMT certification.
