Laboratory Specimen Processor

Role: Specimen Processor responsible for preparing, labeling, and shipping laboratory specimens to support diagnostic testing. Responsibilities include unpacking, routing, data entry of patient information, and resolving problematic specimens, ensuring compliance with lab standards and safety protocols. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; preferred experience of 3+ months in specimen processing or laboratory settings; comfort with handling biological specimens, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. High-Value: Laboratory specimen handling, data entry, biological safety, production goals, and work in a clinical lab setting. Work setup: On-site at Brentwood, TN; schedule Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; flexibility for overtime or shift changes.
