Role: Laboratory Robotics Operator responsible for specimen processing, handling, and documentation in a clinical lab setting. Objectives: ensure accurate, timely specimen preparation and testing, maintain quality standards, and comply with safety protocols. Responsibilities include specimen intake, verification of patient info, data entry, specimen routing, packaging, shipping, and waste handling; operate automated lab equipment under supervision. Requirements: High School Diploma; preferred 3+ months specimen processing or lab experience; familiarity with automated systems; strong attention to detail and data accuracy; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
