Laboratory Robotics Operator

Role: Laboratory Robotics Operator responsible for specimen processing, preparation, and management within a clinical laboratory setting. Objectives include ensuring accurate handling and tracking of biological specimens to meet quality and turnaround time standards. Responsibilities encompass specimen receipt, verification of patient data, data entry, specimen processing, packing/shipping, and waste disposal, alongside operating automated instrumentation under supervision. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; preferred 3+ months specimen processing or laboratory experience; basic computer and data entry skills; comfort with biological specimens and automated equipment; ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments; attention to detail; pass color blindness test; flexibility for overtime or shift changes.
