Laboratory Equipment Support Group – Scheduler / Planner

Role: Laboratory Equipment Support Scheduler/Planner supporting Lilly's new Medicine Foundry, focusing on equipment maintenance and asset management. Responsibilities: manage CMMS activities for analytical instruments, plan and track preventive and corrective maintenance, ensure accurate equipment documentation for GMP/GxP compliance, coordinate with vendors, support equipment lifecycle activities, and maintain audit readiness. Requirements: associate’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical field; experience with CMMS systems; knowledge of GMP/GxP environments. Preferred: strong organizational, documentation, and teamwork skills; experience with analytical lab equipment, audits, and regulatory activities; safety awareness and adaptability.
