Laboratory Equipment Support Group – Scheduler / Planner

Role: LESG Scheduler / Planner supporting Lilly's new Medicine Foundry by managing equipment maintenance and asset management activities. Responsibilities: coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, manage CMMS data integrity, support equipment lifecycle activities, and ensure audit-ready documentation in GMP/GxP environments. Requirements: associate’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical field; experience with CMMS systems; knowledge of GMP/GxP labs or manufacturing; authorized to work in the U.S. Additional preferences: strong organizational skills, experience with analytical lab equipment, supporting audits, safety awareness, and cross-functional collaboration. High-value: focus on analytical laboratory instruments, GMP/GxP compliance, equipment lifecycle management, and regulatory readiness. Work setup: initial in Carmel, IN, permanent at the Lilly Medicines Foundry in Lebanon, IN.
