Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory for all laboratories at RayzeBioβs Indianapolis facility (QC Microbiology, QC Chemistry, Research & Development), including chemicals, microbiological materials, and consumables.
- Track and coordinate maintenance for laboratory equipment (e.g., HPLCs and small calibrated items) and work with the calibration lead for documentation and compliance.
- Assist in routine calibration and maintenance (e.g., daily verification of balances, pH meters, etc.).
- Receive equipment, coordinate installations with vendors, arrange routine maintenance with vendors and the calibration lead, and report schedules to managers.
- Track and monitor receipt, inventory, and movement of laboratory samples.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization.
- Track and participate in safety evaluations, including daily radiation safety checks; coordinate with RSO/ARSO and lab managers for safety compliance.
- Support compliance with other health and safety regulations.
- Track document completion and ensure documentation and cGMP compliance.
- Provide technical support to other teams/business units as required.
- Work across functions (e.g., supply chain, safety, engineering) to complete responsibilities.
Education and Experience:
- AS/BS in Chemistry, Biology, Science, or relevant field.
- 1β3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or other cGMP experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with injectable pharmaceuticals or radiopharmaceuticals.
- Experience managing equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple workflows.
- Ability to handle hazardous materials safely.
- Strong organizational practices; effective communication with stakeholders.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Highly motivated; able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Uses AI tools to enhance productivity and work quality.
