Laboratory Assistant

Conduct DNA quality analysis prior to genotyping, reagent performance evaluation, and other related tasks. Assist in providing information on the best ways to maximize laboratory efficiency. Develop a variety of molecular biology techniques. Assist with laboratory records, filing, and maintenance of sample repositories. Assist in preventive laboratory maintenance and ensure a clean and safe working environment. Support general laboratory activities such as cleaning, restocking materials, and washing and sterilizing equipment. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with accuracy and efficiency, complying with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards. Meet individual and departmental goals and objectives.
