Role: Laboratory Animal Technician supporting in vivo studies with rodents, focusing on dosing, data collection, blood sampling, behavioral testing, and surgical assistance. Responsibilities: administer compounds via multiple routes, perform clinical assessments and sample collections, conduct behavioral tests, assist in formulations and surgeries, maintain laboratory cleanliness, and utilize laboratory equipment and software for data recording. Qualifications: B.S./B.A. in science with 1+ years laboratory animal experience, or associate degree with 4+ years relevant work, or 6+ years solely lab experience; preferred experience with mice and rats, including dosing and necropsy. Skills: knowledge of lab procedures, ability to follow detailed instructions, work independently and in teams, proficiency with data management software, good communication, attention to safety and organization.
