Lab Systems Engineer

Role: Lab CSV and Compliance Analyst supporting Lilly's new API manufacturing site in Lebanon, Indiana, focusing on ensuring laboratory systems and instruments meet CSV and Data Integrity standards. Responsibilities: validate and monitor laboratory software (MODA, LabVantage, Empower, NuGenesis), support system deployment and upgrades, oversee compliance, collaborate with global QA and IT teams, lead audits and investigations, and manage system administration. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in IT, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years in CSV within regulated GMP environments; strong Data Integrity and GAMP knowledge; experience with validation of laboratory instruments and software; excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: experience in GMP labs, system deployment, greenfield facility startup, and Agile methodologies.
