Lab Support Specialist

Role: Support laboratory operations within Legend Biotech's research team, focusing on sample management, equipment maintenance, and documentation to ensure audit readiness. Responsibilities: handle sample processing and tracking via LIMS, maintain lab equipment and supplies, support SOP adherence, coordinate with biosample and warehouse teams, and assist scientists with routine tests and data recording. Requirements: associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant science field; prior laboratory or healthcare experience preferred; familiarity with LIMS, MS Office, and laboratory procedures; strong attention to detail and teamwork skills. High-Value: supporting cell therapy research, including CAR-T, TCR-T, and NK therapies, in a regulated, GxP environment; potential exposure to biological specimens and hazardous materials; Monday–Friday schedule with up to 10% weekend work; based in Somerset, NJ, with possible physical activities like lifting up to 25 pounds.
