Lab Support Services Team Lead- Full Time- 3rd Shift

Role: Support Services Team Leader responsible for supervising daily laboratory operations, specimen processing, and quality assurance at Labcorp in Tulsa, OK. Responsibilities: oversee specimen preparation and routing, promote process improvements, enforce policies, resolve production errors, and perform administrative duties. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of clinical laboratory experience, strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills, familiarity with lab operations and policies, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to pass a color blindness test. Preferred: prior Labcorp experience, associates degree, 1-year leadership experience. Work setup: night shift (11pm-7:30am), rotating weekends and holidays; physical ability required.
