Role: Support Services Team Leader overseeing daily laboratory operations in Holyoke, MA, primarily managing specimen preparation, process improvements, and quality assurance. Responsibilities: supervise team activities, ensure efficient specimen routing, enforce policies, and resolve production errors; contribute to process enhancements and administrative tasks. Requirements: high school diploma; 3+ years in laboratory, healthcare, or manufacturing environments; strong understanding of lab operations; proficient in Microsoft Office; capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Preferred: associate’s degree; 6+ months clinical lab or supervisory experience.
