Lab Support Clerk- Floater

Role: Onsite Lab Support Clerk responsible for specimen processing, data entry, and quality control in a high-throughput diagnostic laboratory environment. Responsibilities: prepare and label specimens, troubleshoot issues, communicate with client staff, and ensure accurate documentation and shipping. Requirements: High School diploma or GED; at least 1 year experience in laboratory, accessioning, data entry, or manufacturing; comfortable handling biological specimens; strong organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office; ability to lift 40 lbs.; valid driver's license; pass color blindness test; fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Preferred qualifications include healthcare or patient-facing experience. High-Value: laboratory specimen handling, clinical data entry, fast-paced diagnostic testing, onsite with client office, shift from 5:00pm to 1:30am, with rotating Saturdays; travel within Chicago, suburbs, and NW Indiana. Work setup: onsite.
