Lab Supervisor - Blood Bank

Role: Laboratory Supervisor overseeing daily lab operations in Mobile, AL, ensuring accurate and timely test results. Responsibilities: supervise, train, and mentor lab personnel; manage workflow, staffing, and equipment maintenance; resolve production errors; implement process improvements; ensure compliance with regulations (CLIA, CAP, state); maintain QA records; and perform administrative duties. Requirements: Bachelor's in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; 5+ years of clinical testing experience; proficiency with lab info systems; strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred: 6+ months supervisory experience; ASCP or AMT certification.
