Lab Supervisor

Role: Laboratory Supervisor responsible for overseeing all laboratory operations, ensuring timely and accurate test performance, staff supervision, workflow management, quality assurance, and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities: supervise, train, and mentor lab personnel; monitor daily workflow and staffing; troubleshoot and resolve production errors; drive process improvements; maintain equipment through QC; prepare documentation; perform bench work as needed; ensure adherence to CLIA, CAP, and state standards; manage policies, payroll, and administrative tasks. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; 4+ years experience as a Clinical Lab Scientist/Technologist with generalist background. Preferred: 1+ year leadership experience; experience in Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis; ASCP or AMT certification. High-Value: generalist clinical laboratory expertise, leadership, experience with CLIA/CAP compliance, proficiency with Laboratory Information Systems, strong organizational and communication skills. WorkSetup: Vancouver, WA; shift Monday-Friday 1:00PM-9:30PM; physical ability to meet position demands; pass color blindness test.
