Lab Services Team Lead

Role: Lead Clinical Laboratory Professional overseeing Hematology/Coagulation operations in a fast-paced laboratory setting. Primary objectives include ensuring accurate test performance, maintaining lab quality standards, and supporting team development. Responsibilities encompass assisting with daily operations, training staff, monitoring instrumentation, performing technical procedures, troubleshooting, and managing supplies. Requirements: Associate’s degree in a relevant science field and at least 2 years of laboratory experience; ASCP or AMT certification preferred. Additional qualifications include proficiency with Laboratory Information Systems, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle physical demands and pass color blindness testing. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, leadership experience, and applicable certifications.
