Lab Operations & Training Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Technical Development training program (assignments, completion tracking, training records, course development and execution) for onboarding and ongoing capability development.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts to develop science-related training courses and manage execution.
- Create and deliver in-person general business skills training for professional development.
- Support day-to-day Veeva Quality Management System (QMS) activities (document workflows, user support, laboratory documentation processes).
- Support laboratory documentation standards to maintain accurate, complete, compliant records.
- Partner with Technical Development staff and managers to identify and implement improvements in training, quality documentation, and lab operations workflows.
- Contribute to a safe, compliant, productive laboratory environment while working independently and collaboratively.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 5–8 years’ experience, or Master’s degree with 4–6 years’ experience.
- Relevant experience in laboratory operations, technical development, or related scientific environment.
- Adult learning/training & development (or related talent development/HR) with strong understanding of adult learning strategy.
- Learning agility; ability to apply adult learning knowledge to science/technical curriculum.
- Experience coordinating/creating training programs (assignments, completion tracking, records, classroom training).
- LMS experience and interactive learning tools (e.g., articulate 360).
- Strong verbal, facilitation, and written communication; high ethics and quality standards; ability to influence business drivers.
- Legal authorization to work in the US (no anticipated visa sponsorship).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Veeva QMS processes and documentation workflows.
- Experience improving laboratory documentation/operational workflows with cross-functional scientific teams.
- Experience training others in a lab/technical development environment.
- Independent work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong quality standards.
- Experience supporting compliant lab documentation and training practices.
