Role: Lab Manager for Synthetic PTE Synthesis Laboratories at Lilly's new Medicine Foundry, overseeing daily operations, safety, compliance, and readiness to support process development, technology transfer, and scale-up activities for synthetic molecules. Responsibilities include managing laboratory operations, equipment lifecycle, inventory, safety culture, and cross-functional collaboration with science, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's in chemistry or biology; 5+ years managing regulated lab operations in pharma, biotech, or chemical industries; experience supporting GMP, GLP, and process development; familiarity with digital lab systems preferred.
