Lab Manager, Immunoassay Development

Role: Lab Operations Manager, Immunoassay Critical Reagents and Reference Standards at Vaxcyte, overseeing development, qualification, and lifecycle management of reagents supporting vaccine immunoassays. Responsibilities: manage daily lab operations, reagent and reference material logistics, inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination; support antibody generation, characterization, and stability studies; ensure documentation compliance and operational excellence; collaborate with scientists and external partners. Requirements: MS in Biochemistry, Immunology, or related field with 3+ years or B.S. with 5+ years industry experience; hands-on monoclonal antibody support experience; expertise in immunoassay platforms (ELISA, MSD, multiplex); strong organizational skills, laboratory logistics, and documentation proficiency; GMP environment experience preferred.
