Role: Lab Assistant supporting clinical laboratory specimen processing in a high-volume, production environment. Responsibilities: receive, sort, prepare, and process specimens; perform minor instrumentation maintenance; troubleshoot specimen issues; ensure safety and quality compliance; manage administrative tasks like data entry and record logs; replenish supplies; maintain a clean workspace. Requirements: High school diploma; comfort handling biological specimens; strong attention to detail; basic computer skills; ability to work in fast-paced settings and pass color blindness test. Preferred: Bachelor's in Medical Lab Science, Biology, or Chemistry; 6+ months hospital or lab specimen processing experience; experience in clinical or research labs.
