The role requires active collaboration with cross-functional teams such as process engineers, chemists, and safety personnel, with travel to international sites as needed. Qualifications: high school diploma or GED; 3+ years manufacturing experience, GMP or chemical processing preferred; strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with solvents, large equipment, and unit operations like distillation and filtration. Preferred skills include experience with kilo-scale glassware, hazardous chemicals, and small molecule or high-potent drug manufacturing, along with understanding of FDA cGMP guidelines. The position involves working in laboratory and manufacturing environments, with flexibility for shift work, including nights and weekends. Located initially at Indianapolis, IN, with potential support at Lebanon, IN, and limited travel.
