Main Responsibilities
- Engage Rheumatology customers in assigned territory with clinically focused messaging to introduce, launch, grow brand-share and revenue, and deliver on product goals.
- Execute Rheumatology therapeutic area strategies/tactics to generate product utilization.
- Build strong relationships with Rheumatology experts and relevant healthcare personnel and patient advocacy support groups.
- Coordinate with Rheumatology cross-functional teams, including overlapping Thought Leader Liaisons (TLLs), to ensure account success.
- Present and communicate clinical information to HCPs (e.g., academic centers, hospitals, large group practices) professionally and compliantly.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in marketplace, therapy, product, and disease (e.g., mechanism of action, indications, efficacy, safety) and provide market insights/field feedback.
- Coordinate with field and home office teams to address customer needs and develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives.
- Participate in initiatives supporting sales success (e.g., congresses, local/regional meetings).
- Provide site-level in-service training (in person, digital, or virtual as needed).
- Plan, organize, and sponsor local promotional speaker programs/activities.
- Execute short- and long-term strategic plans; maximize and allocate territory budget; identify opportunities and drive growth.
- Own business opportunities, calling on large group practices and IDNs.
- Establish relationships with key leaders; drive industry-leading customer value.
- Lead cross-functional teams for Sanofi US programs and brand strategies; allocate resources by opportunity.
- Train and launch Kevzara for PMR indication as part of the Kevzara sales team.

Experience/Skill Requirements
- 3+ years specialty sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotech.
- 2+ years Rheumatology sales experience (highly preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Track record in physician/customer-facing and strategic roles.
- Experience with pull-through and total office call.
- Launch experience (preferred).
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment; strong communication and change agility.
- Strong business acumen and project management skills.
- Travel up to 75%.
