This role is responsible to develop sales (since creation of business opportunity, generate customer agreement, close the deal and keep the business) with accounts and key accounts in Radiology market in the territory of its responsibility.
It is responsible to execute all the steps of commercial process: identify customer needs, clarify Bayer business opportunities with customer, create a consensus, design a feasible proposal with financial back up and close the business. Execute, implement and consolidate commercial relation with customers, it includes the execution and activations of account plan assuring reaching of objectives for both parties.
In terms of KPIs this position is responsible of (1) Net sales of their accounts/territory, assuring the results of Radiology business, (2) management of accrual model (injectors) assuring customer profitability targets, (3) assure timely payments of customers reaching DSO target for business and (4) consolidate/create relationship with key stakeholders of (key) accounts.
