Responsibilities:
- Execute target health system strategy: assess/map/prioritize system workflows and stakeholder networks; build long-term relationships with clinical/operational/population health leaders; coordinate cross-functionally to ensure unified execution.
- Accelerate system-wide disease awareness: conduct educational engagements for departments involved in screening/diagnosing/managing metabolic diseases; support grand rounds, society events, conferences; collaborate with TLLs and CSs for cohesive disease-state dissemination.
- Drive development of hypercortisolism identification pathways: identify stakeholders across informatics, quality, clinical operations, specialty care; develop/enhance screening pathways, EMR flags/clinical decision support, order sets, referral workflows, multidisciplinary pathways; facilitate cross-department alignment and support implementation.
- Korlym education (when appropriate): provide balanced, accurate FDA-approved-use information for system-level discussions; maintain boundaries (no promotional detailing/sales messaging/individual prescribing influence); triage prescribing/product requests to CSs/MSLs.
- Optimize collaboration, insights, and compliance: partner with CSs/TLLs/MSLs and internal teams; capture/synthesize actionable institutional insights; maintain high documentation/CRM standards and policy alignment.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of health system dynamics, protocol design, clinical workflows, multidisciplinary care coordination.
- Proven ability to influence pathway/EMR adoption.
- Analytical, strategic synthesis, and excellent communication skills.
- Travel up to 80%; driving record per policy.
- Bachelorβs preferred; 5+ years in pharma/biotech/medical devices engaging complex institutions; experience in endocrinology/cardiometabolic/rare/specialty areas; prior protocol adoption or workflow redesign.
Pay range: $154,980 β $205,110.
